A journey through the seasons.

Our original ritual, drawing on Finnish tradition, Nordic botanicals, and the Dorset coast to guide you through the four seasons. Expect guided contrast therapy combined with thermal leaf whisking, salt inhalations, mineral scrubs, honey masks, herbal infusions, aromatherapy, and a smoke ritual.

Move, release, restore.

A body-led ritual focused on movement, recovery, and self-care — responding to how your body feels, what it needs, and where tension sits. Expect lower heat, guided breathwork, stretching, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, ice globes, coconut water between rounds, and watermelon to finish.​

Friday & Saturday evenings from 6pm.

Bringing upbeat music, essential oil infusions, interactive whisking, ice and fresh fruit together for a more social way to unwind. Come with friends or solo, meet new people and settle into the heat. No alcohol, no pressure — just music, good company and a different kind of night out, without the hangover.

A relaxed, free-flow communal sauna experience designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Move between the sauna, sea, hot and cold showers, cold bucket shower and tea lounge — with space for conversation, camaraderie and connection along the way.

A quieter communal sauna designed for stillness, reflection and uninterrupted rest. No conversation and no music — just time to move between the sauna, sea, and lounge at your own pace, and enjoy the gentle rhythm of heat, breath and cold.

Make SAUNA HOUSE yours for 90 minutes, with exclusive use of the sauna, tea lounge, changing facilities and sea views for up to 25 guests. Perfect for birthdays, sea swimming groups, team gatherings, celebrations or simply getting everyone together.

Flip flops / sandals are recommended for easy changing and access to the sea. Please leave all footwear in the changing rooms.
