Festive Communal Sauna (Sandbanks)

About the Experience

Our 65-minute Communal Sauna session, but make it festive! Available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day; a perfect way to connect with friends, family, and the local community, and finish off the year with ultimate relaxation. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna. To gain the full benefits of hot-cold exposure, spend up to 10-15 minutes in the sauna, before dipping in the sea or enjoying a chilly beach-side shower - and repeat. For a 65-minute experience, you'll have ample time to change, and to fully immerse in the experience, both in and out of the sauna. Our tip: to maximise your time in the sauna, arrive with swimming costumes underneath your clothes and, if you're brave, have your first dip in the sea before your session starts! Please note all our experiences include time for changing. If you'd like to use the changing room towards the end of your session, please be mindful of the next booking and do this within your booked time slot.
